Key responsibilities will include: Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion, with appropriate support and supervision. Advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Reviewing title documentation and dealing with property ownership and registration issues. Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage documentation. Handling Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax requirements.
