Our client is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join their team. Initially this will start as a temporary position with the opportunity of long-term prospects for the right candidate. The purpose of this role is to support production operations in a variety of areas across the site as required by the business. As a Production Operatives the role requires versatility, an adaptable personality and the ability to adjust to change in a fast-paced environment. Key activities: Contribute as a productive and reliable member of the production team. Take responsibility for completing assigned tasks to a high standard.Manage components efficiently throughout the production process.Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.Work effectively within small operational teams of 4 7 people.Support team objectives while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
