Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration (including lightning page layouts, email/routing, custom object definition, list views, dynamic forms)Implementation of complex Salesforce FlowsKnowledge of Salesforce Apex developmentGit software version controlFamiliar with Salesforce SFDX / Visual Studio CodeComfortable with agile delivery with Jira task managementDesirable
