Production Operative (Machine Operating) Location: Irlam Pay Rate: £13.21per hour (dependent on experience) Job Type: Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative with some machine operating experience to join a modern manufacturing facility based in Irlam. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a clean, hi-tech environment with brand-new equipment. Working Hours: Monday to Friday Rotating shifts: 6:00am to 2:00pm 2:00pm to 10:00pm Shifts rotate weekly The Role: Operating production and manufacturing machinery Monitoring machine performance and quality output Following health and safety procedures at all times General production and factory duties as required The Ideal Candidate: Previous machine operating or production experience preferred, but not essential A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential Reliable with an excellent attendance and work record Able to provide work references Keen to learn and develop within a modern manufacturing environment What s on Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £13.21 per hour Temporary to permanent opportunity Modern facility with new, hi-tech equipment Monday to Friday work plus overtime paid @ £18 per hour
