Life Sciences MandA Senior Consulting RoleInfosys Consulting is seeking a Life Sciences MandA Senior Consultant to join the Life Sciences practice in EMEA. You will lead and shape MandA engagements for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients, guiding deal strategy, due diligence, integration, and value creation using cutting-edge technology and industry knowledge.

The Life Sciences practice is growing and expanding into complementary areas. It has pioneered digital health, cloud transformation, and AI-driven automation while serving large global pharmaceutical and recognizable biotech firms.

As Infosys Consulting builds the life sciences practice and MandA capabilities in EMEA, this role will attract and develop top consulting talent and lead major engagements in the MandA lifecycle to enable clients to navigate complex transactions that drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Engagement Management: Serve as a strategic advisor to client senior executives; lead engagement planning and budgeting; manage large, complex consulting teams; define project scope; manage engagement risk; obtain buy-in for proposed solutions at top management levels; assume quality control responsibilities.

Client Relationships: Build relationships with new potential clients; expand Infosys Consulting footprint in key accounts; manage day-to-day interactions with clients and sponsors.

Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with decision-makers and influencers; organize and lead pursuit teams; oversee proposal development and pricing; manage trade-offs and risks in approvals.

Practice Development and Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; create thought leadership and Point of View documents; support marketing of MandA eminence.

People Development: Mentor and coach; contribute to staffing processes; participate in recruitment and retention activities; lead delivery teams.

Build, grow, and manage high-performing teams; provide leadership and mentorship to consultants.

Support the growth of MAandD solutions and collaborate with colleagues to develop value propositions and approaches.

Contribute to thought leadership and innovative solutions for the Life Sciences MandA market.

About You

You must have at least 12 years of experience in a consulting firm.

You must have at least 15 years of Life Sciences experience.

You have demonstrated ability to generate consistent consulting revenue through industry and content expertise.

You have led teams in an operating environment focused on MandA, restructuring, turnaround, due diligence, and value creation within a competitive organization, leading management consulting or tech services business.

You have a strong general skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation.

You have excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

You are willing to travel and are open to project-related mobility.
