This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA, Team Assistant, or Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across executive, governance, and compliance-related activities. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Head of the CEO''s Office on both planned and ad hoc requests.Coordinate diaries, manage meeting scheduling, room bookings, and organise meetings, dinners, and events.Liaise with stakeholders across the business to obtain updates and maintain action trackers.Communicate actions and follow-ups to relevant colleagues to ensure timely completion.Support Company Secretariat administration, including:Agenda planningBoard paper collationDocument formattingPDF conversionUploading documentation to Board Intelligence (Board IQ) where requiredAssist with the review, tracking, and sign-off process for meeting minutes and action ..... full job details .....
