Role Title: Property Finance Manager (Financial Accounts) Type: Interim 6 to 9-month contract Day Rate: 350 to 425 per day inside IR35 Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite and 2 days remote Location: Slough, Berkshire Sellick Partnership are working with a Local Authority in Slough who are seeking an experienced Property Finance Manager to provide strategic financial management and business partnering support to their Property Services function. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong experience across financial management, budgeting and forecasting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior Property Services stakeholders, overseeing revenue and capital budgets, monitoring financial performance and providing financial insight and challenge to support effective decision-making and value for money.
