Are you an enthusiastic and supportive Teaching Assistant looking for your next role after Easter? We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to join a thriving Further Education College located in the Norwich area of Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity to support learners aged 16+ across a wide range of curriculum areas.

As a Teaching Assistant within the FE setting, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with a variety of learning needs
- Support learners across vocational, academic, and foundation programmes
- Assist teaching staff with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Promote independence, engagement, and positive learning behaviours
- Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with tutors, SEN teams, and pastoral staff

We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience working with young people aged 16+ (school, college, SEN, residential, or youth work backgrounds all welcomed)
- Are patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting learner progress
- Have experience with SEND, SEMH or learning support - desirable but not essential
- Can build rapport quickly and work effectively as part of a wider team
- Hold a DBS on the update service or are willing to apply for one
