We Build Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to support our clients growing office team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations across customer service, project coordination, and general office duties in a dynamic scaffolding and access services environment. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence. Assist with preparing and issuing quotes, invoices, and customer documentation. Maintain and update client and project records in internal systems. Coordinate with site teams to track project progress and update relevant paperwork. Support scheduling and diary management for office staff and field personnel. Assist with order processing and liaison with suppliers. Help maintain office supplies, filing systems, and internal databases. Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone, addressing enquiries professionally and efficiently. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to aid team performance and office operations. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
