We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House Assistant to join the team at our leisure centre in Chelmsford, operated by Northumbrian Water.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and serving customers with a smile
- Running and serving food to tables
- Assisting with basic food preparation
- Pot washing and keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For:

- Great communication and customer service skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is desirable
- Willingness to help out wherever needed in a busy café environment
- Reliable and punctual
