EA Associates require an experienced multi trade operative starting from Tuesday 5th April within Staines and the surrounding area''s.

The role: A majority of work will involve completing work-on occupied social housing properties which have already been surveyed and job sheets provided. Duties will include:

- Carpentry items including kitchen fitting

- Tiling of splashback areas

- Internal painting-

- Basic plumbing connections-

- Patch plastering-

- Vinyl flooring

Suitable applicants must have:

- Valid CSCS card

- 3 Point PPE

- Full compliment of tools

- own transport

- x2 Contactable work references-

Hours: 8am-4:30pm-

Duration: 6 months +
