This opportunity is ideal for an experienced engineer working with previous experience supporting complex scientific benchtop equipment, who d like to work as the main technical resource for the company s product range, providing remote and onsite customer support across the UK. Role Responsibilities Collaborate with customers and colleagues during the site planning process prior to installation. Inspect, install, configure, test, and ensure systems and accessories meet specifications at customer sites. Deliver basic operator training to customers following installation. Perform both breakdown repairs and planned preventative maintenance at customer locations. Provide technical support and fault-finding assistance to customers and colleagues.
