An established international law firm is seeking an Associate (4+ PQE) to join its London Energy and Projects team, advising on complex renewable energy, low-carbon infrastructure and energy transition projects. The role offers a broad mix of project development, commercial, regulatory and transactional work, alongside significant client contact and leadership opportunities. The team advises governments, regulators, developers, investors, utilities and lenders on some of the most significant energy transition and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally, with a particular focus on renewable and low-carbon technologies. Description As a Senior Associate, you will play a leading role on a broad range of energy and infrastructure matters, working directly with partners and clients on high-profile projects. Responsibilities include: Advising on the development and delivery of renewable and low-carbon energy projects. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements and project documentation. Advising on energy sector regulation, policy and market frameworks. Supporting clients on procurement, project development and financing structures. Working across technologies including solar, battery storage, carbon capture and hydrogen.
