Investment Management and Wealth Transformation

Location: London (up to 3 days / week in the office)

Salary: £90,000 Base + Cash Allowance + Bonus

What you’ll do

Lead and deliver end-to-end architectural transformation projects across front-to-back office systems, including investment data, risk, and portfolio management platforms.

Design future-state architectures and data solutions, leveraging AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS, Google, Microsoft), and large-scale databases.

Manage teams of consultants, directly engaging with senior client stakeholders, including CTOs, to co-create solutions.

Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and AI applications, shaping strategies, and contributing to transformational roadmaps.

Deliver client pitches, proposals, and presentations that showcase your solutions and insights.

What we’re looking for

Consulting and Transformation Expertise:

Proven experience delivering large-scale investment data and technology architectural projects within Investment Management

Technical Mastery:

Hands-on Architecture experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google, Microsoft), AI/ML, and complex data architectures.

Investment Management Knowledge:

Deep understanding of portfolio management, trading, market data, and risk systems.

Client Engagement:

Strong stakeholder-facing skills, leading workshops, presentations, and executive interactions.

Team Leadership:

Experience managing multi-disciplinary consultants and driving successful project delivery.

Solution-Oriented Mindset:

Track record of designing and implementing transformative, high-impact solutions.

Work on large-scale, high-profile transformation projects with exposure to senior clients from day one.
