Are you passionate about providing care and support to individuals with additional needs£ A welcoming school in High Wycombe (HP12) is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join their team immediately.

This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, patient, and committed to promoting wellbeing and independence for pupils with medical or complex needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and medical support to pupils with healthcare plans
• Assist with mobility, feeding, and other daily needs in a safe and dignified manner
• Monitor and record health-related information, reporting concerns promptly
• Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure pupilsandrsquo; needs are met
• Promote inclusion and encourage participation in learning and social activities

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Previous experience in a care or healthcare setting (school experience desirable but not essential)
• Knowledge of safeguarding and health andamp; safety procedures
• Empathetic, calm, and reliable approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Willingness to undertake relevant training (e.g., first aid, manual handling)
