These pupils often face significant barriers outside of school, and your support can provide the stability and encouragement they need to thrive. For many, school is their safe space a place where positive role models can make a genuine difference.The school is looking for someone who can help guide pupils in the right direction, build strong relationships, and de-escalate behaviours before they escalate.
