You''ll work closely with colleagues across the wider property department and benefit from a contemporary working environment with up-to-date systems and streamlined processes.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling a full residential conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equityManaging files from initial instruction to post-completionProviding clear, timely advice to clients, estate agents, lenders and other third partiesDrafting and reviewing legal documents and contractsConducting title checks, raising enquiries and reporting on property mattersEnsuring compliance with all regulatory and internal requirementsWorking effectively with support staff and contributing to a positive team cultureAbout YouAt least 2+ years'' experience as a Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner)Confident managing your own case
