Registered Manager – CQC Regulated Care - Competitive salary 

Looking for a Registered Manager role where your experience, judgement and voice really matter?

We’re looking for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to take ownership of safeguarding, quality, compliance and regulatory standards within an established adult social care service.

This is a role with genuine autonomy and influence. You’ll work alongside experienced operational, nursing and compliance teams, giving you the space to focus on what you do best – keeping people safe, maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
You’ll lead on:

• CQC compliance, inspections and regulatory requirements
• Safeguarding, serious incidents and statutory notifications
• Complex and high-risk care packages
• Quality, audits, governance and complaints
• Duty of candour and learning from incidents
• Staffing, training and competency
• Clinical oversight alongside the Nursing Manager
• Working with families and external healthcare professionals

About you
Previous Registered Manager experience within a CQC-regulated adult social care service is essential.

You’ll also need a Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), a strong track record of positive CQC outcomes and experience managing safeguarding and serious incidents.

We’re looking for someone with sound judgement, confidence to challenge when necessary, excellent communication skills and a calm, approachable leadership style.

Experience of homecare, live-in care, older people’s care or a nursing-led service would be advantageous.
