We have worked closely with this fantastic school for a number of years and are now looking to appoint a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor / Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support a Year 6 class from September.This is a unique opportunity for a confident and experienced individual who can combine excellent classroom support with exceptional behaviour management skills. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Year 6 class teacher, helping to create a positive learning environment while supporting pupils with additional behavioural needs.The role will predominantly be at Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) level, including leading the class to cover PPA and teacher release time when required.
