The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Ensure strict adherence to programme timelines and budgets Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality compliance Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients Manage risk, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth project delivery Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on large-scale projects Demonstrable experience working within Ministry of Justice (MoJ) frameworks (highly desirable and will be prioritised) Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work effectively in high-security, regulated environments Willing to travel due to future framework requirements Compliance Requirements Enhanced DBS clearance is
