Business Development Representative (BDR)As an outbound telephone-based role, the role of the Business Development Representative (BDR) is pivotal to the revenue growth and strategic expansion of our business in key market segments. Their objectives will be to contact SMB, commercial and enterprise organisations across a variety of vertical sectors, establishing key IT decision maker contacts and influencers, to identify new business opportunities. This role requires a professional and enthusiastic individual capable of profiling and questioning customers to gather key information. This role will be split between inbound response follow up/event follow up and on targeted outbound calling.Key activities:Generate new BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timescale criteria) qualified leadsOutbound calling -driven by marketing campaigns/promotionsInbound - Process inbound responses lead queueFollow up emails to customer requesting more info Lead managementEnsure that leads are entered in the CRM system and correctly assignedCheck qualified leads are progressed with salesEnsure that leads flagged for nurture are recycle appropriate ProfilingDelving into account list for increasing contacts (primary) and deal identification where possible (secondary)Event Confidence CallingFollow up on registration as to events to drive attendanceTarget Achievement, Lead Generation, Sales and Conversion RateWork closely with the Sales teams to grow revenue and ensure marketing generated pipeline ..... full job details .....
