Room Leader - Roehampton SW15 - ASAP Start

A friendly and well-established nursery in Roehampton is looking to appoint a confident and experienced Room Leader to join their Early Years team on a full-time basis ASAP.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Years professional who is confident leading a room, supporting staff and delivering high-quality EYFS provision within a nurturing nursery environment.

• Leading a nursery room and supporting day-to-day operations
• Planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities
• Supporting children''s learning, development and wellbeing
• Leading by example and supporting junior staff members
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years essential
  (must be full and relevant in line with DfE staff:child ratios)
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Room Leader or senior practitioner experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Passionate, nurturing and proactive approach
• Various working hours available.

• -14.25 - -18.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
