MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Glasgow Salary: £37,000 - £41,000 Shift: Double days An established manufacturing company is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to join its busy engineering team. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults and ensuring machinery is running efficiently to minimise downtime.The role will involve working on a range of electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, drives, conveyors, gearboxes, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics and PLC-controlled machinery. You will also support machinery installations, equipment modifications and continuous improvement projects to improve overall site reliability. Sector Manufacturer Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification (NVQ, City and Guilds or equivalent).Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing or production environment.Multi-skilled with a strong background in either electrical or mechanical maintenance.Confident carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs.
