This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email Providing professional and efficient support to resolve customer queries Updating customer records accurately on internal systems Investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery Maintaining compliance with company policies and data protection standards About You Previous customer service experience is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Confident using computer systems and CRM platforms A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude What''s on Offer Competitive hourly rate of 14.50 Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends) Central Manchester location with excellent transport links Opportunity for contract extension based on performance If you''re available to start on 1st June and are looking for you
