This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative, logistics, and supplier management skills.Supporting the Supply Chain, Planning, and Buying teams, you will play a key role in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, managing supplier communications, monitoring purchase orders, and ensuring stock and supply chain processes run efficiently across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain and Logistics Coordinate internal booking processes with hauliers, suppliers, and depots.Manage inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure goods arrive on time and in full.Process and maintain purchase order requests (PORs) and monitor delivery schedules.Manage supplier non-arrival and shortage reports across all depots.Coordinate contract beef allocations in line with business requirements.Manage missing CMRs and dispatch documentation for operational accounts.Supplier and Performance Management Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered as required.Maintain supplier quotations within the company''s MRP system.Collate and prepare supplier performance data and reports for the Buying team.Support departments with claims management, short weights, ..... full job details .....
