Key Responsibilities of the Contract Manager: Liaising with client facilities managers ( FMs) re quote and job requirements.Visiting sites to establish work scope and meeting client FMsLiaising with subcontractors on quotes and job schedulingLiaising with clients on job schedulingOrdering materials as requiredKeeping job management system up to date.Sending job reports to clients o
