This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication and relationship-building, particularly with Property Managers who often work under pressure. You will introduce their reliable services to clients who need support, making a real difference in their day-to-day operations.Day-to-day of the role:Engage with Managing Agents and Property Managers through calls to introduce our services and understand their needs.Navigate through gatekeepers to reach the right contacts.Conduct natural and professional conversations without sounding scripted.Schedule follow-up calls and generate opportunities for the business.Visit client offices as needed to strengthen relationships.Maintain organised notes and manage your sales pipeline effectively.Required Skills and Qualifications:Confidence in making phone calls and meeting clients face-to-face.Ability to think on your feet and engage in meaningful conversations.Resilience in handling rejections and the ability to bounce back.Organised and consistent in managing work tasks.A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.Previous telesales or sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory; a proactive and engaging approach is more important.Benefits:Competitive base salary
