Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Conveyor and Vulcanising Solutions) Location: Northern England (Field-Based) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our clients growing team, covering the North of England. This is a customer-facing, on-the-road role focused on developing new business and managing existing accounts within industries requiring conveyor belt solutions. The ideal candidate will come from a belt vulcanising or conveyor maintenance background, bringing both technical expertise and commercial awareness to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of customers across the North of England Identify and win new business opportunities within quarrying, recycling, manufacturing, aggregates, and related sectors Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and repeat business Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide technical recommendations Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales Work closely with internal operations and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a field sales role or strong commercial mindset Essential or highly desirable: background in belt vulcanising, conveyor s
