In this role, you will lead the Planning and Scheduling function, ensuring the efficient delivery of back-office support while driving operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience across B. Braun''s service operations.You will oversee day-to-day team activities, support performance management, and work closely with Field Service Engineers, Workshop teams, and key stakeholders to optimise resource planning, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.As a people manager, you''ll play an essential part in shaping a positive, inclusive, and development-focused culture across the site.
