The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, with particular expertise in Salesforce Field Service and Agentforce. You will play a key role in designing, developing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions, helping to optimise business processes and enhance platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and customise Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Build and maintain scalable Salesforce applications and integrations. Leverage Salesforce Field Service to develop and optimise field service management solutions. Implement and enhance Agentforce capabilities, including AI-powered agents and automation. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and development standards. Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues. Contribute to technical design discussions and continuous platform improvements.
