As an Asset Data and Integration Manager, your main responsibilities will be:. Develop and maintain the Network Rail High Speed (NRHS) asset management plan integrating all maintenance, renewal and enhancement activities, making informed decisions based on asset condition, performance and cost efficiency requirements. Develop and maintain NRHS'' asset management framework, including the Strategic Asset Management Plan in accordance with ISO 55000 requirements.. Monitor, evaluate and report on asset metrics and produce periodic/quarterly/annual inputs into key meetings and regulatory/contractual reporting requirements. Lead the team to understand and develop NRHS'' data reporting requirements, enabling data to be turned into timely intelligence, which can be used to make business decisions on asset maintenance and renewals..
