Medical Affairs Operations andamp; Governance Consultant (Evidence Planning andamp; Generation) Medical Affairs Operations andamp; Governance Consultant Remote Working (+ London) 12-month contract Market Rates (Inside IR35 via Umbrella) The Opportunity: Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical organisation seeking an experienced Medical Affairs Operations, project management, programme governance or business process implementation Contractor to support its Global Medical Affairs organisation. This is a key operational role focused on the design, implementation and embedding of processes, digital capabilities and governance across a number of interconnected Medical Affairs workstreams, including Integrated Medical Communication Planning (IMCP), Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP) and the Scientific Communication Platform (SCP). The successful candidate will help translate strategy into practical processes and digital workflows, supporting implementation, stakeholder adoption and sustainable behavioural change. Skills and Experience: Bachelor''s degree in Drug Development, Life Sciences, Business Management or a relevant discipline. 6+ years'' experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related environments, ideally involving project/programme management, process implementation or workstream rollout.
