And we''re looking for an exceptional Bar Manager to lead our bar team. We''re after someone kind, confident and who knows how to develop and inspire a team and welcome and awe guests from the first impression. Someone who''s passionate about beverages and wants to share that passion with their team and guests. You''ll be joining Caravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars and plenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one. The role As Bar Manager you''ll work alongside your General Manager and the management team to make sure the day-to-day operation of the bar runs brilliantly every day. That means setting the standard for health and safety, culture, hospitality and developing the team around you to make sure every guest that leaves the restaurant has the best experience possible. You''ll know how to lead from the front, when to coach and when to jump in and help get things moving.
