Job description: Overview Clearfield Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee an 8 million office-to-residential conversion project in the Bracknell / Reading area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a substantial construction project with a two-year programme, offering long-term continuity of work for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the project from site, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget. Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor project progress, quality standards and health and safety compliance. Coordinate with the commercial, technical and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage programmes, resources, procurement and project reporting. Identify and resolve site issues, maintaining high standards throughout the conversion process. Ensure all works comply with relevant building regulations, specifications and contractual requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry. Experience managing commercial or residential construction projects; office-to-residential conversion experience would be advantageous. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. Good knowledge of construction programmes, budgets, quality control and health and safety.
