Salary - 30,609 plus great benefits Monday - Friday - 9am - 5:30pm Office based until after training, it will then move to 3 days in and 2 days from home Some of the duties will include:Support customers with a high level of service during their delivery process Provide a good level of customer service by ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and that the customer is kept up to date at all stages of the processProcess all deliveries for all orders placed onlineReply to emails in a timely and professional mannerProvide a high level of support to customers throughout the processHandling customer queries and problems as they ariseWorking well as part of a teamContact customers if there is an issue with their deliveryThe suitable candidate: 2025 Graduate Relationship building skillsPrevious administration experienceStrong team playerGood communication skills on all levelsAble to commute to
