As a trusted in-house counsel, you will work closely with senior management, underwriting teams, claims handlers and other business stakeholders, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of matters. The Role This is a varied and hands-on position where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: Advising senior management on commercial contracts, new business initiatives and general corporate matters. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of insurance-related agreements, including: Binding Authority Agreements Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs) Delegated Claims Administration (DCA) Agreements Advising underwriting teams on policy wordings and product development.
