Tradewind Recruitment is working with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools and nursery settings across the London Borough of Camden who are seeking enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Educators to join their Early Years teams from September 2026.

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

• Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Support children''s learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality interactions.
• Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Observe, assess and record children''s progress to support individual development.
• Encourage children''s confidence, independence and communication skills.

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or recognised equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool or primary school Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A nurturing, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
