Purpose of the Role:MMP Consultancy are looking for a Project Surveyor who will deliver a technically proficient capital investment service for the Council''s housing stock of approximately 8,250 properties. This role plays a vital part in developing and managing the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Capital Programme, overseeing major investment projects, and maintaining accurate stock condition and energy profiles.
