The Role We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join a leading construction and building services team, overseeing the mechanical installation works on a major commercial construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and technically strong professional with a proven track record in managing mechanical building services installations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of mechanical works on site, working closely with the Project Manager, MandE team, main contractor, and other trades to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all mechanical installation works throughout the construction phase of the project. Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, specialist contractors, and site operatives. Ensure works are delivered in line with project programmes, specifications, drawings, and design information. Monitor progress against the construction programme and identify potential delays or risks. Work closely with electrical, architectural, structural, and other building services teams to ensure effective coordination and avoid clashes.
