Using specialist skills (e.g., ICT, EAL support, speech and language programs) to enhance learning.Professional Development and Collaboration Liaising with parents, teachers, and other professionals (e.g., SENCOs, therapists). Attending staff meetings and training sessions. Acting as a role model for other TAs and sometimes mentoring junior support staff.Pastoral Support Providing emotional support and encouragement to pupils. Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour. Supporting pupils with personal, social, or emotional challenges. ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE: HLTA qualification (essential). Strong behaviour management skills. A minimum of 2 years'' UK HLTA experience. Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (we can provide training).
