Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday day-based role (44 hours per week) Salary: Circa £46,000 per annum plus an extensive benefits package including a profit related bonus Are you already an Electrical, Mechanical or Multi Skilled Engineer with previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment? We are growing the team at our bakery in Stockton! We are looking to appoint 2 day based Multi Skilled Engineers to join a highly experienced and established team. With a focus on planned preventative maintenance, route cause analysis and continuous improvement. You ll ideally have experience of both Mechanical and Electrical engineering. Ideally you''ll have some knowledge of condition-based monitoring including thermal imaging and ultrasound to identify faults before thy occur. The Recipe Our engineers work in close conjunction with production, safety and hygiene. The team undertake planned and preventative maintenance and are encouraged to use their engineering skills and experience to develop robust solutions and long-term fixes. There''s a huge variety of tasks that will range from general plant maintenance to improving plant reliability and diagnosing problems before they develop. The environment is a highly automated 24/7 food manufacturing plant. As part of your role, you ll be identifying and completing continuous improvement projects to increase plant efficiency, reduce downtime and save energy and associated costs.
