This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer with experience in embedded electronics and systems development to play a key role in the design, development and delivery of innovative electronic products. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of embedded systems, electronic design and microcontroller-based applications, alongside the ability to take ownership of technical projects and provide support to other members of the engineering team. About the Role Design, develop and implement embedded electronic systems and solutions. Develop and maintain embedded software and firmware for microcontroller-based products. Design and develop electronic hardware, including circuit schematics and PCB layouts. Work with microcontrollers, processors and associated embedded technologies. Carry out system integration, testing, debugging and fault-finding. Develop and execute test plans to ensure product performance, reliability and compliance. Work closely with hardware, software and mechanical engineering teams. Support new product development from initial concept through to production. Identify and implement design improvements and resolve complex technical issues. Produce and maintain technical documentation, specifications and development reports. ..... full job details .....
