You will provide equipment serving support to customer at their sites across the UK (main client base is Midlands - occasional overnight stays required), as well as providing support within their small friendly workshop. This role is 50% field based, 50% workshop based: Attending planned service visits to customers site, conducting full and comprehensive service check, detailing any repairs/faultsRepresenting the organisation and providing face to face customer service to customersReporting repairs and faults immediately internally, so loan replacement can be arranged, and Repair Engineer can be booked to minimise disruption for customerWorking within small workshop team fixing level 1 equipment/parts faults Ensuring all related documentation is completed and internal maintenance system is updatedProviding technical support to other departments within the business when required We would the expect the successful Service Technician to be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of electronic machinery, have an excellent eye for detail, and be an excellent communicator, with great customer service skills.
