We are looking for an experienced technology leader to support strategic direction for our technology services, someone who is values driven and supports our mission, people and front-line services. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the delivery, resilience and continuous improvement of the organisation s technology estate including workplace technology, infrastructure, networks, IT service management and will involve working with third-party suppliers. Working closely with the IT Manager, you ll provide day-to-day operational oversight while also leading technology projects and improvement programmes that modernise systems, strengthen resilience and embed best practice. You ll act as a trusted point of contact for technology change across the organisation listening to colleagues, understanding their needs and translating them into practical, effective solutions. You will also support with the procurement and management of IT goods and services, ensuring strong supplier performance, value for money and responsible use of resources. Providing a responsive, customer-focused IT service is central to this role. You ll ensure high-quality advice, effective support and timely resolution of issues for colleagues across the organisation. The role requires a strong background and understanding of IT, as well as of our organisations key priorities, challenges, creativity, and pragmatism.
