Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Basic salary £20,000 plus £200 per month (£2,400) car allowance. On target earning of up to £35,000. At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator essential. As the Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for securing new sales, providing expert advice to sellers, and overseeing the sales process all the way through to securing a buyer and overseeing the progression of the sale. The role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the property market and the ability to deliver excellent customer service. Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the sales process.
