We are seeking a driven and technically proficient Sales and Administration Manager to join our team. This role involves a mix of customer-facing sales activity and internal coordination to ensure accurate quoting, product specification, and pipeline forecasting. You will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to support the sales cycle from enquiry through to delivery to our global customer base.Key Responsibilities

Customer Quotations and Product Specification: Prepare accurate, timely quotations based on customer requirements. Provide technical input and product recommendations tailored to specific applications. Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and lead times.Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales pipelines. Assist with sales forecasting to support procurement and inventory planning. Monitor project timelines and coordinate with operations to meet delivery commitments.Distributor Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with distribution partners. Forecast distributor inventory requirements and negotiate pricing and availability as needed. Handle day-to-day communication with distribution partners regarding open quotes and orders.Market Intelligence and Product Development: Work with senior management to identify gaps in the current product offering and suggest new product opportunities. Provide feedback from customers and industry trends to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with management and product teams to bring new solutions to market.Key Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a technical sales role, ideally within the cable or connectivity market, or in the wider live events sector.Strong understanding of cable assemblies, infrastructure, and/or AV systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Competency in systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.Experience working with AV distributors, system integrators, or similar B2B environments.What We Offer
