Internal Sales Executive/AdminDewsbury C£31K plus quarterly bonusPermanentMonday - Friday 37.5 hours per weekOur client is recruiting for a new varied role within their team, it is 50/50 - half of the role is dealing with customers providing an excellent service, pricing, quotations, order processing and account management and approx half is up and cross sell and some new business development.Duties and experience to include:Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills to maximise margins.Apply pricing strategies based on customer profiles, product typesProactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer baseStretch and grow the existing client base and Account Manage.Deliver a high standard of customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.Handle customer enquiries professionally, providing accurate information and timely responses.Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Manage and nurture key accounts, creating long-lasting relationships.Stay updated with product offerings and advise customers on suitable solutions that meet their needs.Support purchasing activities and source products to meet customer demands.Work closely with external sales teams and contribute to customer engagement strategies.Follow up on quotations timely and pursue internal and external sales opportunities effectively.Ensuring order process runs smoothly from start t
