Frontier Consulting are assisting a top SEN School Group to recruit for an Occupational Therapist to join a brand new state of the art school in Maidstone. This position is Monday - Friday and term time only. To start in January 2027 Are you an Occupational Therapist ready to help build something from the ground up? Transparency Education is partnered with a new specialist school in Maidstone, supporting pupils across Key Stages 1 to 3, aged 5 to 14. As a founding Occupational Therapist, you will help shape a provision where therapy and education work together throughout the day. You will assess needs, embed programmes in classroom routines and advise teachers, helping pupils with SEMH needs grow in independence and confidence. Requirements: To be eligible for this role and the stated rate of pay, applicants must have: A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy Current HCPC registration Experience supporting children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs An understanding of how trauma and mental health difficulties affect child development, attachment and behaviour The ability to deliver therapy flexibly within a classroom or similar setting Key Responsibilities: Assess pupils'' occupational therapy needs and plan appropriate interventions Deliver therapy programmes that support participation, independence and access to ..... full job details .....
