Full specialist recovery training will be provided for the right candidate.Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with either 10am-10pm and 12pm-12am shifts. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Recovery: Safely and efficiently loading, securing, and transporting disabled or damaged vehicles using Class 2 flatbed recovery trucks. Technical Assessment: Inspecting vehicles on-site for mechanical issues and, where possible, performing basic roadside assistance. Professional Communication: Acting as a calm and professional point of contact for clients at the roadside and coordinating effectively with our dispatch team. Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all road safety regulations, securing loads to industry standards, and maintaining accurate tacho-graph records.
