About the Job This is a varied finance position supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business while working closely with senior leadership. The successful candidate will take ownership of core accounting processes, assist with reporting requirements, and help ensure accurate financial control across the organisation. Duties will include: Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control activities. Processing employee expenses, payroll administration and pension-related transactions. Preparing and submitting PAYE payments. Completing bank and company credit card reconciliations. Maintaining the fixed asset register and posting depreciation journals. Producing budget versus actual expenditure reports and highlighting variances. Preparing and posting accruals and prepayment journals. Completing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. Producing partner statements and issuing invoices. Monitoring and administering partner loan accounts.
